At Wisdom Method Yoga, we teach people—not poses.

Yoga is a holistic form of mental and physical self-care: we encourage you to stay safe, have fun, and amaze yourself.

The Wisdom Method Yoga difference:

If you are unable to get up and down from the floor or need special accommodations, please contact us so we can make arrangements for your comfort.

All Levels Flow

A true “all levels” flow for brand new to advanced yogis. All Levels Flow Includes a mix of seated, quadruped, standing, prone, and supine poses linked together with flowing, breath-coordinated movement. Begins with breath awareness practice and ends with guided mindfulness. Appropriate for able-bodied adults and active seniors who want to build strength, improve balance, + increase flexibility. Must to be able to get up and down from the floor.

Firestarter Flow

A Power and Vinyasa fusion class emphasizing breath-coordinated movements, Standing poses + Balance sequences. Begins with conscious breathing + ends with meditation (Relaxation Pose). A whole body workout. Appropriate for able-bodied adults and active seniors who want to build strength, improve balance, + increase flexibility. Must to be able to get up and down from the floor.

Core Power Hour

A 50-minute Yoga Therapeutics class emphasizing the Standing + Supine Core strengthening poses. Suitable for those with wrist or shoulder injuries as this is a “No Flow” class (zero Vinyasas!). We will train the deep core + the superficial core musculature so prepare to find muscles you forgot about. Begins with conscious breathing + ends with meditation (Relaxation pose). Must to be able to get up and down from the floor.

Happy Hips, Healthy Back RestoraYin

An 50-minute Yoga Therapeutics class emphasizing the the Prone + Supine back strengthening + Hip opening poses to improve flexibility + strength. Poses are held up to 2 minutes. Props are used to encourage comfort. Suitable for those with wrist or shoulder injuries as this is a “No Flow” class (zero Vinyasas!). Begins with conscious breathing + ends with meditation (Relaxation pose). Must to be able to get up and down from the floor.
